Below, you’ll find the top five reasons everyone should add probiotic supplements to their diet.</p>
<h3>1) Probiotics are Healthy and Safe for Adults and Children</h3>
<p>Probiotic supplements have been carefully researched and have been found to have <span style="text-decoration: underline;">no known side effects</span>. Although they may not be safe for those with terminal diseases or compromised immune systems, healthy adults and children can benefit greatly from these supplements. Even the World Health Organization has recognized the helpful properties probiotics offer the human body.</p>
<h3>2) Probiotics Boost your Vitamins and Minerals</h3>
<p>Probiotics have been shown to improve the bioavailability of many essential vitamins and minerals such as calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, phosphorus and zinc to name only a few. This basically means probiotics supplements can heighten the levels of these vitamins and minerals in your body.</p>
<p>If you are on a diet, or generally “eat healthy” this should be a no brainer to take probiotics, because what’s the point of eating all that healthy food if your body doesn’t get the most out of it?</p>
<h3>3) Probiotics Help your Intestines</h3>
<p>If you have problems with constipation, diarreah, gas, bloating or other illnesses related to intestinal function, probiotics are a must-have for your diet. Probiotics are basically helpful bacteria.
